30-Day Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
How to Return
- Contact us at returns@ellebelle.com with your order number.
- We'll send a prepaid return label (US orders only).
- Pack items securely in original packaging if possible.
- Drop off at any authorized carrier location.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. This ensures the fastest delivery of your preferred piece.
Final Sale
Sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
